英語從句中的“地點”表達法

在英語中用從句表達“地點”是常見現象，且靈活多樣，既牽扯到狀語從句中的讓步狀語從句和地點狀語從句也包括定語從句和名詞性從句。現在我們就通過幾個“補全句子”的練習來學習下相關的表達方式。
題型：補全句子（注意詞數要求）

第1題和第2題考查的是與地點有關的讓步狀語從句，no matter where與wherever含義和用法相同。1. No matter where you live 2. Wherever they went

第5題和第6題考查的是where引導的定語從句。5. where he had to leave 6. where there was a dying man
第7題which/that引導的定語從句表達地點。which/that you once visited。
第8題和第9題考查的是where引導的名詞性從句。7. where the noise was 8. where I catch
第10題考查的是what引導的賓語從句表達地點的用法。介詞in後面接的是賓語從句，從句中卻主語，既不指人（who），也不指哪一個（which），所以要用連接代詞what。what was a wasteland
