钱塘新区广大入境人员：
To: All the entry personnel in Qiantang New Area
为切实保障广大入境人员和当地居民的生命安全和身体健康，共同做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，告知如下：
In order to effectively protect the safety and health of all the entry personnel and the local residents, we should work together to prevent and control COVID-19. Hereby notify the related matters as follows:
1.广大入境人员在保护好自己的同时应遵守中国法律，如果对中国法律不了解，对程序或者实体有异议需要申辩或者申诉的，都应当先予以配合，之后再通过合法途径予以救济。
1.While protecting your own interests, obey the Chinese laws. If you are not familiar with them, or have objections to the legal procedure or entity and intend to appeal or complain, please cooperate with us first and then seek remedies by legitimate means.
2.所有入境人员应提前通过浙江省入境信息预申报平台如实填报个人信息，提前申领浙江健康码国际版（二维码附后）。已到达居住地的，请在1小时内主动向村社（单位）报告，主动接受管控。
2.All the entry personnel shall apply for the Zhejiang Health Code (international version) in advance for truthfully filling in personal information through the Pre-declaration Platform of Entry Information of Zhejiang Province in advance (the QR code is attached to the declaration platform). Upon arriving at your place of residence, please report in one hour to the village/community (unit), and accept relevant measures of control.
3.根据省市要求，对来自所有国家（地区）的入境人员，一律采取14天集中隔离医学观察措施。
3.According to the relevant requirements of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou Municipality, the entry of people from all countries (regions), all take 14 days of intensive quarantine medical observation measures.
4.要减少外出，尽量不去人员密集场所；必须要去的，一定要佩戴口罩，尽量和其他人保持至少1.5米距离。
4.Please minimize outdoor activities and avoid crowds. Maintain yourself from anyone with at least 1.5 meters and make sure to wear a mask if you have to leave or enter your village/community (unit).
5.解除医学观察后，如出现发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难等症状的，应前往医院发热门诊就诊，及时向村社（单位）报告。
5.After the medical observation, if the symptoms such as fever, cough, dyspnea, etc., please go to the hospital for outpatient treatment of fever, timely report to the village/community (unit).
