Does the name of the college you attend really matter? Research on the question 7.__________
（suggest）that, for most students, it doesn’t. What students do at college seems to matter much more than 8.__________ they go. The students benefiting most from college are those 9.__________ are totally engaged（參與）in academic life, taking full advantage of the college’s chances and resources（資源）. Students should have a proper attitude towards college before thinking about which college to attend, and it’s never too early to make necessary preparations for a healthy and 10.__________ （meaning）college experience.
一、讀懂文章。文章都沒看懂，答題就沒把握。
這是一篇議論文。論點是：上什麼樣的大學重要嗎？
結論是：對於大多數學生不重要。(哈哈，關鍵是要上得了！)
論據有：1.學生想得到最大收穫要積極參與學術活動、利用學校資源。
2.對上大學要有正確的態度併為大學生活經歷早做準備。
二、詞句學習。詞義轉化、固定用法積累的越多，就越能理解句子。
1.matter vi.有關係，很重要
2.suggest vt. (主語是人)建議，提議 (主語是物)表明，暗示
3.take advantage of v.利用，藉助
4.never too early to do 越早做越好
三、考點解讀。會學習但不會做題不叫學會。
7.Research [on the question] 7.__________（suggest）{that, for most students, it doesn’t}.
主語research被一個介詞短語做定語修飾，填空處是謂語，表述“研究表明”這個概念，後面接一個賓語從句，可以用多種時態。
如果側重研究成果發佈時刻的動作，則用一般過去時形式suggested；如果當作客觀事實，則用一般現在時形式suggests；如果強調過去發生的動作對現在造成的影響或結果，則用現在完成時形式has suggested。
8. {What students do at college} seems to matter much <more>>. What引導一個主語從句，more than引導一個比較狀語從句，填空處是個與前面主語從句對等的名詞性從句。/<more>
這個從句中的go是不及物動詞，不能帶賓語，要填一個副詞性的連接詞做狀語。能做狀語的連接副詞有when, where, why, how等，根據“成分相同看詞義”的法則，“上什麼樣的大學”就是去哪上大學，填能做地點狀語的連接副詞where。
9.The students [benefiting most from college] are those [9.__________ are totally engaged（參與）in academic life, taking full advantage of the college’s chances and resources（資源）].
主語The students接一個現在分詞短語做定語，填空處是個定語從句缺主語。定語從句中指人做主語可以用who/that，但those who是習慣搭配，更常用。
10. and it’s never too early to make necessary preparations for {a healthy and 10.__________ （meaning）college experience}.
填空處是個用並列形容詞修飾的名詞語塊做介詞for的賓語，根據並列結構的對等原則，要填與healthy詞性相同的meaningful這個形容詞形式。
