China Economic Review 是由中國留美經濟學會（Chinese Economists Society – CES）創辦，全球頂級出版商Elsevier發行出版的英文期刊（SSCI， 影響因子2.01）。本刊決定聚焦全球大流行疾病對經濟社會的影響主題，推出專輯特刊。北大博雅特聘教授、國發院學術委員會主任劉國恩博士與美國喬治華盛頓大學副教授黃成博士應邀擔任特刊共同主編。
現誠邀各界投稿，以匯聚對大流行疾病更多方面的研究成果，大流行疾病包括但不限於已經對中國帶來巨大影響的新冠肺炎疫情。
