為全力防控新冠肺炎疫情，我們願同各國人民一道守望相助，共同努力，盡力確保您的健康安全，工作生活順利，爭取早日戰勝疫情。
一、鑑於境內境外疫情複雜，為防止旅途期間交叉感染的風險，如您仍在境外，如非必要，建議近期暫緩返回三水。
二、目前我省對包括中國公民在內的所有入境旅客加強口岸入境衛生檢疫管控，根據入境人始發地疫情及個人近期旅行史等情況，採取醫學觀察、集中隔離、居家隔離等健康監測措施。
三、如果您已返回三水，但最近14天內有境外旅行、居住史，或與新冠肺炎確診病人或疑似病人有過接觸，請您務必第一時間聯繫在三水居住地社區、出租屋管理人或酒店負責人，如實申報防疫信息；若您工作單位在三水，請同時聯繫所在單位申報。
四、如果防疫部門要求您集中醫學觀察、居家醫學觀察或相關醫療檢測，請配合。
五、日常工作和生活中仍建議您做好個人防護措施，勤洗手、不串門、不集聚、少外出，外出一定要戴口罩，避免前往人員密集場所及乘坐公共交通工具。
六、如果您出現發燒、乏力、咳嗽等症狀，請第一時間戴好口罩，立即聯繫小區物業管理、出租屋管理人、村（社區）、酒店或外事部門等，並儘快到就近的發熱門診診療。 感謝您的理解和支持！如有任何疑問，可撥打：

A Letter to Foreign Passengers, Overseas Chinese or Students, Taiwan- Hong Kong- Macao Compatriots Coming to Sanshui
Dear friends,
In order to fully prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, we wish to offer mutual assistance and joint hands with the people of other countries to ensure your health safety, smooth working and living. We’ll try our utmost to win the fight against the epidemic as early as possible.
1. With the considerations of complexity of the epidemics at home and aboard, we recommend you to postpone your trip to Sanshui, and stay where you are now if you are still overseas in order to prevent possible cross infection during the journey.
2. Currently, Guangdong Province is strengthening epidemic control and prevention measures to all the inbound passengers including Chinese nationals at all ports and conducting medical observation, isolated or home observation based on the epidemic situation in your starting place, and your recent travel and contact history as well.
3. If you have returned back to Sanshui or if you have traveled or lived overseas, or if you have contacted confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patients for the past 14 days, please contact your residential community office, rental or hotel manager immediately and declare your epidemic information strictly according to the facts. If you work in Sanshui, please contact your employer to make a declaration as well.
4. If you are required to take isolated quarantine, or to receive medical observation at home, or a medical test, your cooperation will be appreciated.
5. You are suggested to take personal protective precautions in your daily living and working, such as washing your hands frequently and avoid visiting each other or gathering, reducing outgoing activities, going to densely populated places or using public transportation means. Whatever, wearing a face mask is a must.
6. If you have symptoms of fever, fatigue, coughing etc., please take the following actions at once: wearing a face mask, contacting the staff in your community and seeking for treatment in a nearby fever clinic.
