新冠肺炎疫情發生以來，您情繫桑梓，通過不同方式，提供了最有力的物資支持和精神幫助，給家鄉一線疫情防控以強大助力，家鄉人民感謝您！
經過艱苦努力，目前國內疫情防控形勢積極向好的態勢正在拓展，但全球疫情擴散的風險依然較大，我們時刻牽掛著您的健康和安全。為此，特溫馨提醒：
一、科學防範，保護自己和家人。新冠肺炎的潛伏期長，傳染性和致病性強。國內的防控經驗證明，減少外出是最好的防護。提倡大家少出門、戴口罩、勤洗手、不聚集，每天開窗通風。如有發熱、乏力、咳嗽等症狀，應及時就診。確需外出時，請務必佩戴口罩、減少觸摸公共場所物品、與人交流保持1.5米以上距離。
二、配合防控，展示形象和擔當。請您自覺遵守當地防疫法律法規，積極參與當地自救活動，展現海外保定人自律堅強、自信擔當的良好形象。同時，在確保自身安全的情況下，盡己所能幫助所在國家開展防疫工作，展示海外保定人構建人類命運共同體的責任擔當。
三、戮力同心，共抗疫情克時艱。相知無遠近，萬里尚為鄰。請您熟悉突發事件中的自救措施，留意因疫情而出現困難的僑胞，給予必要的幫助。若遇到困難和問題，及時聯繫當地使領館或撥打領事保護熱線0086+10+12308，祖國和家鄉人民始終同您在一起。
四、提前申報，守護祖國和家鄉。根據國家疫情聯防聯控機制相關規定，所有出入境人員都必須進行健康申報，請您在旅程中一定要切實做好自身防護工作並如實申報健康情況。
您雖然遠離故土家園，但保定的父老鄉親，家鄉的親朋好友，始終與您心手相連、深情守望。請您在異國他鄉，千萬要保護好自己，無論在哪裡，無論走多遠，您永遠是我們的牽掛，我們同氣連枝，心手相連！

A letter to Baoding Overseas Compatriots
Dear overseas compatriots of Baoding origin:
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in China, our overseas compatriots like you have always been keeping your hometown in your hearts, all of you have been actively donated money and materials to support the epidemic fighting in China, the front line fighting in your hometown has been valiantly supported. We hereby would like to thank you for your contributions and dedications on behalf of all your hometown people! With hard and audacity work we have seen much progress in the containment of COVID-19 but still the global risk is severe. For your health and safety we hereby warmly remind you:
I.Follow the scientific protection measures, protect yourself and your family well
The COVID-19 has a long incubation period and is highly contagious and pathogenic. The prevention and control experience in China proves that minimizing outdoor activities is the best way to protect yourself. Please minimize outdoor activities, wear a mask on, wash your hands often, avoid crowded places, and maintain proper ventilation. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, fatigue, cough, go to the hospital as soon as possible. If you have to go outdoors please correctly wear a mask on, avoid touching the public facilities, and maintain a distance of more than 1.5 meters when communicating with others.
II.Cooperate with the local epidemic prevention and control mechanism, undertake your responsibility
Please obey the local epidemic prevention control laws and regulations, actively participate in local self-rescue activities to show a good image of Baoding people who are strong-minded, confident and responsible. At the same time, while ensuring your own safety, please take part in the epidemic prevention works in your host county to show the responsibility of Baoding people outside China and the spirit of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
III.Unite as one and work together to fight the epidemic
Bosom friends make ten thousand miles still as near as neighbors. Please be familiar with all the self-rescue measures in the emergency and pay attention to the other overseas Chinese compatriots who are in difficulty and give them necessary help. In case of troubles and problems please contact the Chinese embassy or consulate in time or call the consular protection hotline at 0086+10+12308. All people of your motherland and hometown are with you.
IV.Declare in advance to protect the motherland and hometown
According to the relevant regulations of the National Joint Epidemic Prevention and Control Mechanism, all entry-exit personnel must declare your health conditions. Please be sure to protect yourself well during the journey and declare health condition properly.
Although you are far away from home, fellow folks, relatives and friends in your dear hometown Baoding are always thinking of you with great concerns. Please protect yourself well when you are abroad, no matter where you are and how far you travel, you will always be in our hearts and we are the one like flesh and blood!
