Cold wave to arrive with rainfalls in Guangdong
With a southward cold wave approaching, it is forecast that temperature will drop by 4-6℃ across Guangdong province starting tonight. Heavy rain, thunderstorms and strong winds are expected to hit eastern and northern Guangdong and the northern Pearl River Delta. Residents should pay special attention to traffic safety when going out, as the roads are more slippery with rains.

China Fabrics & Accessories Center to reopen tomorrow
The China Fabrics & Accessories Center (廣州國際輕紡城), one of the largest wholesale textile markets in Asia, will resume services tomorrow (March 10), according to its official website. Its opening hours will be 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.; the northeast gate on Fangcheng Beilu and northwest gate will open for traffic.
People are required to have their body temperatures checked and show three codes to the staff when entering—health codes from WeChat mini-program "Suikang" (穗康), codes from Alibaba's remote office system Dingding (釘釘), and the passphrase from the market's official WeChat mini program.
The Guangzhou Textile Exchange Park (廣州輕紡交易園), another trade center of textile products in the city, has resumed operation today (March 9) with strict epidemic prevention and control measures.
