Someone Like You收录在英国歌手阿黛尔·阿德金斯（Adele Adkins）的第二张录音室专辑《21》中。她在听说前男友结婚的消息后写下了这首歌曲，并用木吉他作为乐器完成了歌曲的初始版本。
古风版本的翻译源于古代形容爱情的“沧海”、“巫山”，出自唐代诗人元稹的《离思五首·其四》：“曾经沧海难为水，除却巫山不是云。”
原诗以沧海之水和巫山之云隐喻爱情之深广笃厚：经历过无比深广的沧海的人，别处的水再难以吸引他；除了云蒸霞蔚的巫山之云，别处的云都黯然失色。
这首失恋金曲遇见古风翻译，变得更加伤感动人了。

阿黛尔创作这首歌曲源于她觉得自己与所有认识之人的生活都在不断向前发展。Hello并不是描写过去的感情关系，而是叙述她与自己所爱的每一个人之间的关系。
古风翻译的版本也没有仅仅把Hello当作一首失恋金曲。

第51届格莱美奖“年度歌曲”Viva La Vida是英国摇滚乐队酷玩乐队（Coldplay）主唱在看了二十世纪墨西哥女艺术家弗里达·卡罗（Frida Kahlo）的一幅画后产生的创作灵感。在西班牙语中，"viva"表达着向某人或者某事喝彩的意思。
弗里达作画，画面最前方的一片西瓜上写着“VIVA LA VIDA”（生命万岁）
Viva La Vida专辑的封面来自法国画家欧仁·德拉克罗瓦为纪念1830年法国七月革命创作的油画《自由引导人民》（法语：La Liberté guidant le peuple）。
古风翻译版堪称优秀，虽是“汉化”了不少内容，但原词的灵魂没有因此改变，反而多了一点落寞君王的悲壮。
