一、競賽背景
當前，中國正在按照高質量發展要求，大力推進綠色建築創新發展，不斷提升人居環境品質，以此破解建築領域發展不平衡不充分的問題。為推動建築行業高質量發展，江蘇率先啟動下一代建築研究和項目示範，旨在形成未來建築發展路徑、策略和方法。推動符合時代需求、體現高質量水平的下一代建築發展。2018年5月27日，江蘇省未來建築設計國際競賽項目——南京江北新區國際人才公寓“智慧樹——垂直社區的未來生活”在第十六屆威尼斯國際建築雙年展期間正式發佈 ，面向全球建築設計師徵集創意方案。
At present,China is in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development,vigorously promote the development of green building innovation, and continuously improve the quality of human settlements, in order to solve the problem of inadequate and imbalance development in the field of construction. To promote the high-quality development of the construction industry, Jiangsu took the lead in initiating the next architectural research and demonstration projects. It aims to form the path, strategy and method of next architectural development，and to promote the development of Next Architecture that meet the needs of the times and reflect high-quality standards. On May 27, 2018, the International Competition Project for Future Architectural Design of Jiangsu Province - Nanjing Jiangbei New Area“Smart Tree-Vertical Intelligent Community” was officially released during the 16th Venice International Architecture Biennale (click For more information),to collect global architects’ creative ideas .

三、競賽標的介紹
競賽標的基於中國江蘇省南京市江北新區國際健康城人才公寓3號樓，將該幢建築地面層以上35.1米高的區段作為競賽範圍（標的）。
The 35.1-meter-high section above the ground floor of the talented apartment,building 3 will be used as the competition scope.

從地面到15.3米為垂直社區公共空間（B部分），15.3米-35.1米為未來居住概念體驗單元(A部分）。未來居住概念體驗單元(15.3米-35.1米)部分（A部分）空間輪廓在南、東、西三面可挑出建築不多於3米，地面至15.3米鼓勵結合外部景觀整體設計。
From the ground up to 15.3 meters(Part B), it will be the public vertical community. From 15.3 meters to 35.1 meters (Part A), it will be the conceptual experiment unit of a future residence. The conceptual experiment unit of future residence (15.3m - 35.1m）(Part A) has partial rooms no more than 3m of the building in the southern, eastern, and western sides, and 15.3m from the ground, encouraging an overall design integrated into the external landscape.

功能內容不限於未來居住概念單元，但主要為居住單元，其他內容包括小型研發及頭腦風暴中心、創客空間、商務會議、圖書館、展廳、冷鏈超市、餐廳、咖啡廳、茶室、健身、影院、農場、花園等功能，並能實現最大程度的靈活可變性。
Functional content includes, but is not limited to, conceptual units of future residence, small-scaled R&D and brainstorm centers, makerspace, business meeting rooms, libraries, exhibition halls, cold-chain supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, tearooms, fitness club, theaters, farms, gardens, etc. that maximize flexibility and variability.

四、競賽時間安排
方案徵集開始日期：2018年6月11日
Start Date of Proposal Collections: June 11st, 2018
參賽報名截止日期2018年8月15日
Deadline of Registration August 15th, 2018
方案徵集截止日期：2018年9月1日
Deadline for Proposal Collections: September 1st, 2018
合格參賽方案公示日期：2018年9月4日——9月10日
Publicity Date of Qualified Entries: September 4th, 2018 - September 10th.
初評截止日期：2018年9月25日
Deadline for Initial Evaluation: September 25th, 2018
競賽入圍方案公示日期：2018年9月28日——10月9日
Publicity Date of Short-Listed Projects：September 28th, 2018 - October 9th.
終評截止日期：2018年10月15日
Deadline for Final Review: October 15th, 2018.
競賽獲獎方案公示日期：2018年10月18日——10月31日
Publicity Date of Winning Projects: October 18th, 2018 - October 31st.
五、競賽共分為兩輪評選：
第一輪初評：採取線上評選，由國內外專家打分評選，選出20組入圍方案。
The first round as initial evaluation: Domestic and foreign will score online and select short-listed projects.
第二輪終評：採取線下評選，由國內外專家現場會議評審，最終評選出大獎方案。
The second round as final review: The offline selection will be conducted by domestic and foreign experts at the on-site meeting and the final award will be selected.
六、獎勵機制
（一）一等獎共1組，每組頒發獎盃、獎狀和 獎金25000歐元 (含稅)；
First Prize (1place):Trophy, Certificate and25,000 Euro（Tax included ）
（二）二等獎共2組，每組頒發獎盃、獎狀和獎金12000歐元 (含稅)；
Second Prize(2 places): Trophy, Certificate and 12,000 Euro（Tax included ）
（三）單元模塊獎共3組，每組頒發獎盃、獎狀和獎金6000歐元 (含稅)。
Unit ModulePrize (5 places): Trophy, Certificate and 6,500 Euro（Tax included ）
