Without prejudice to any other remedies available to the Parties, if in any respect the provisions of Clause 5.1 are not complied with by the Vendor or the Purchaser at Completion, the Parties may:
(a) defer Completion to a date not more than 28 days from the original date of Completion; or
(b) rescind this Agreement.
在不損害雙方可獲得的任何其他救濟的情況下，如果於交割之時，賣方或買方在任何方面不遵守第5.1條的規定，則雙方可以：
(a) 將交割延後至從交割原定日期起，不超過28天的某個日期；或者
(b) 撤銷本協議。

Each and all of the various rights, powers and remedies of a Party will be considered to be cumulative with and in addition to any other rights, powers and remedies which such Party may have at law or in equity in the event of the breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. The exercise or partial exercise of any right, power or remedy will neither constitute the exclusive election thereof nor the waiver of any other right, power or remedy available to such Party.
一方的每項和所有各類權利、權力和救濟將被視為累積性的，是對該方在本協議任何條款被違反的情況下，依據法律或衡平法可以獲得的任何其他權利、權力和救濟的補充。對權利、權力或救濟的行使或部分行使將不構成對權利、權力或救濟的排他性選擇，亦不構成對該方可獲得的任何其他權利、權力或救濟的放棄。
