上海虹橋西郊莊園麗笙大酒店新任總經理金濤先生

上海西郊莊園企業（集團）有限公司和麗笙酒店集團管理（上海）有限公司宣佈任命金濤先生（Mr. Victor Jin）為上海虹橋西郊莊園麗笙大酒店總經理。

Shanghai Forest Manor (Group) Co., Ltd. and Radisson Hotel Group officially announced that Mr. Victor Jin was appointed as General Manager at Radisson Blu Forest Manor Shanghai Hongqiao effective 05 August, 2019.

金濤先生

金濤先生擁有30年高端酒店管理職業生涯，15年酒店總經理經歷，具備豐富的酒店籌備與運營管理經驗，注重標準的設計與執行，善於創新與市場開拓。在過往的職業生涯中，曾服務於香格里拉、洲際等知名國際品牌酒店，籌備並管理過各種類型的酒店（商務型、會議型、 度假型）；有大型地產工作經歷，涉足商業地產。

With almost 30 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, including 15 years as general manager, Mr. Jin has served in many hotel groups, such as the Shangri-La and IHG. He focuses on standard formulation and implementation and brings forth new ideas to expand markets. Mr. Jin has managed various types of hotels (Commercial, MICE and Resort), and dabbled in commercial real estate.

在此之前，他擔任北京永泰集團酒店事業部常務副總，負責監管集團旗下酒店的運營管理及未來集團酒店板塊的規劃和發展，例如北京石景山景園假日酒店、北京海淀永泰福朋喜來登酒店服務公寓、北京海淀雅樂軒酒店、哈爾濱香坊永泰喜來登酒店等。早期，他曾擔任洲際集團酒店總經理，成功籌備崑山皇冠假日酒店開業並任總經理，在合肥融僑皇冠假日酒店轉換品牌開業期間擔任總經理作為管理支援，上海大華虹橋假日酒店自籌備至開業運營，在總經理任上獲得銀龍獎、金龍獎和最佳財務回報獎，還曾帶領馬鞍山海外海皇冠假日酒店通過國家五星級評定，獲洲際集團東區酒店 GOP 率第一。

Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Mr. Jin’s last assignment was Executive Deputy General Manager, Hotel Business at Eontime Real Estate (Group) Company Ltd., responsible for overseeing the operation and management of hotel assets owned by the company such as Holiday Inn Beijing Shijingshan Parkview, Four Points by Sheraton Beijing Haidian Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Aloft Beijing Haidian, Sheraton Ha‘erbin Xiangfang Hotel. He worked as General Manager at Crowne Plaza Kunshan, Crowne Plaza Hefei Rongqiao, Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao, Crowne Plaza Ma’anshan etc. During his term of service, Mr. Jin has won both the Silver and Golden Dragon Arawds. Under his leadership, Crowne Plaza Ma’anshan ranked No.1 in terms of GOP rate among all IHG hotels in East China.

金濤先生畢業後就一直深耕酒店及地產商業，先後獲得多項榮譽，如2017 年獲中國酒店論壇金光獎傑出酒店總經理；2015 年獲洲際大中華區金龍獎總經理；2010 中外酒店論壇五屆白金獎“十大經營人物”等。

Mr.Jin has been deeply involved in hospitality industry and real estate since graduation. He has won a number of honors, such as the “Outstanding Hotel General Manager” "Top 10 Business People" and so on.
