無花無酒過清明，興味蕭然似野僧。
昨日鄰家乞新火，曉窗分與讀書燈。

The Clear and Bright Day

With no flowers and wine came the Clear and Bright Day,
Dull as a Buddhist friar I let it pass away.
Yesterday a new-made fire from my neighbour I got,
At dawn I lit a lamp and to my study I brought.
