Are you not satisfied with your current situation? Here are ten rules of happy living ,full of positive energy.

你对你的目前境况不满意吗?这儿有快乐生活10法则,满满都是正能量。

Rule #1 – Stop Feeling Sorry for Yourself! It’s not going to help the situation. It’ll only help you to wallow in a state of apathy, playing the victim. The kind of person that things happen to, but that can’t do anything about it. By stopping feeling sorry for yourself, you can actually get on and DO something about it. If you want to be happy – stop feeling sorry for yourself. “Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world.”

第一条:不要自责。自责不会改变境遇。它只会使你沉溺于冷漠,扮演着受害者的角色。成为那种碰到事情不会处理的人。别再为你自责,你可以继续生活下去,并可以采取些行动。如果你想要开心,就停止自责。自影自怜,是我们最大的敌人。如果我们就此屈服,那么在这个世界上,我们不会做任何明智的事情。

Rule #2 – Be Grateful. Think of all the wonderful things you have to be grateful for right now. It could be your family. Or your health. Maybe your home. Your friends. Your brain. Your heart. Your spirit. We’ve all got amazing things in our own lives that make us smile with joy. And if we can count these blessings every day, we’ll discover a greater appreciation of the beautiful world we surround ourselves with. “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”

第二条:学会感激。现在就想想那些你心存感激的所有美妙的事情。可以是你的家人,或者是你的健康,也可能是你的家,你的朋友,你的大脑,你的心脏,你的精神。在我们自己的生活当中,所有惊奇的事情使我们开心的微笑。如果我们每天数数这些福祉,我们更会感激在我们周围的美丽世界。如果“谢谢你”是你一生当中唯一说的祷告词,这已经足够了。

Rule #3 – Learn to Let Go. Remember, letting go doesn’t mean you “forgive” the person at the grocery store, or you “allow” that kind of behavior. It just means that you release the negative emotion inside of you. By releasing negative emotions, you’ll not only enjoy much more freedom in your life – you’ll also become more emotionally stable and less stressed too. “By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try, the world is beyond the winning.”

第三条:学会释怀。记住释怀并不意味着你原谅在食品杂货店的那个人。允许那样的行为。它只是意味着你释放在你体内的负能量。通过释放负能量,你会享受生活中更多的自由。你的情感会更加得稳定,你的压力会更加得小。释怀之后所有问题都可以解决。那些懂得释怀的人是这个世界的赢家。当你一遍又一遍去纠结尝试,你就离赢得世界渐行渐远。

Rule #4 – Happiness Is Only Ever Now. We spend so much time waiting to be happy in the future, or worrying about the past, that we forget to live in the moment. But here’s the thing: Life is transient. The past has gone. The future is just a dream. The only time that truly exists ever is RIGHT NOW. RIGHT NOW is the ONLY time you can do or change ANYTHING in your life. And NOW is the only time you have. “Few of us ever live in the present, we are forever anticipating what is to come or remembering what has gone.”

第四条:快乐永远在现在。我们花费太多的时间来等待将来的幸福,或者担忧过去,以至于我们忘了我们是活在当下的。事情是这样的,生命很短暂。过去的已经过去了。未来还只是个梦想。唯一存在时间就是当下。当下是你能做或者改变你生活的唯一时机。你拥有的时间就是现在。我们中很少有人活在现在,我们永远只去预料即将发生的事和记住已经过去的事。

Rule #5 – Appreciate Both Sides of the Coin. The truth is that in order for you to experience true happiness in your life, you must experience sadness. Without sadness, we really can’t even understand what happiness is. Just enjoy and embrace all your life adventures. And when seemingly negative things happen, remember that it’s just the duality of life. It’s just the other side of the coin. It’s required. It’s part of the equation. “You don’t know when you’ve hit a peak until you’re coming down. And you don’t know when you’ve hit a trough until you’re climbing out. It’s all good.”

第五条:感激事情的正反两面。为了让你经历你生活中真正的快乐,你必须经历伤心。没有伤心,你不会真正的了解快乐是什么。尽情享受和拥抱你生活当中磨砺。当看似负面的事情发生的时候,记住,这只是生活的二元性。这只是事情的另一面。它是必须的。他是(生活)这个综合体当中的部分。当你开始往下走的时候你才知道你已到达高峰。当你开始攀爬出来的时候你才发现你已经到了低谷。这都是好的。
