1）eyesore
Something that is very ugly, especially a building surrounded by other things that are not ugly.
礙眼的事物，難看的東西〔尤指建築〕，注意它是可數名詞哦~eye+sore，sore表示疼痛。這礙眼的東西看著我眼睛都疼，辣眼睛，可不是eyesore嗎？
舉個例子：
Why did you paint your house black？It has become an eyesore of the neighborhood.
你為啥把你的房子刷成黑色的了？它已經成了整個鄰里街坊的眼中釘了。
The garbage on the street is really an eyesore.
路上的垃圾實在是太礙眼了！
2）eye-roll
Eye，roll這兩個詞的搭配特別自由。你可以說：
① Roll my eyes at sb. 對某人翻了個白眼
She rolled her eyes at her boyfriend because he came back late again.
她對她老公翻了個白眼，因為他又回來晚了！
② Eye-roll 白眼
- She always brags how much money she has, how big her house is, how handsome her husband is! I can't take it!
- Eye-roll.Too sad!
- 她總跟我吹噓她多有錢，她房子多大，她老公多帥，真是受不了！
- 白眼，太悲哀了這種人。
3）eye candy
眼睛是心靈的窗戶，除了辣眼睛，翻白眼。我們說點好的叫eye candy。
People or things that are pleasing to look at but are not interesting in other ways.
Eye candy字面上看是“眼裡的糖果”，但多指養眼的人/或者事物，讓人看著舒服舒心。
通常特指樣貌好，長得好看，暗含一點花瓶角色的意思，所以說，這個詞組看似很好，但隨便使用卻會得罪人~
另外，eye candy你就想，小孩子看到糖果，移不開眼睛。所以eye candy就是抓你眼球的人/事物。
