2016我開始準備我的第一次氣質形體比賽。當時我的教練給了我一個健康飲食計劃（我開始抗拒），我的成果包括了像鏡子裡這樣的照片（左）。2016 I started prep for my first Figure competition. My coach at thetime had me on a macro diet plan (which I learned to hate for prep), and my check in pictures consisted of a picture like this in the mirror.
我對健美比賽的赤子之心，並沒有得到回報，這讓我很難對自己的準備和比賽感到興奮。最終我在比賽中排名第二（拿到全場冠軍）以及national第三名，但我還是覺得有什麼東西不見了。The passion I had to succeed in the sport was not shown inreturn, which made it hard to feel excited for my shows and prep in general. I ended up placing 2nd, 1st (overall),and then 3rd in my first national show, but I still felt like something was missing.

It s so important to find someone that works for you personally!Finding the right coach can completely change your motivation and mindset, and your feelings towards prep as a whole!
此外，不要讓成功衝昏你的頭腦，也不要在我每次踏上舞臺時，讓失敗揮之不去，我為我所取得的成就而自豪。In addition，don't let success get to your head, nor let failure get to your heart Every time I step on stage. I am proud of what I have accomplished.
知道我盡一切努力去尋找最好的自己，明白所有的辛勤工作和奉獻是值得的。Knowing I put every effort into looking my best and realizing all of the hard work and dedication was worth it.
無視排名和頭銜，別忘了樂在其中。Regardless of any placing or title, don't lose sight of what you love to do.
