2016我开始准备我的第一次气质形体比赛。当时我的教练给了我一个健康饮食计划（我开始抗拒），我的成果包括了像镜子里这样的照片（左）。2016 I started prep for my first Figure competition. My coach at thetime had me on a macro diet plan (which I learned to hate for prep), and my check in pictures consisted of a picture like this in the mirror.
我对健美比赛的赤子之心，并没有得到回报，这让我很难对自己的准备和比赛感到兴奋。最终我在比赛中排名第二（拿到全场冠军）以及national第三名，但我还是觉得有什么东西不见了。The passion I had to succeed in the sport was not shown inreturn, which made it hard to feel excited for my shows and prep in general. I ended up placing 2nd, 1st (overall),and then 3rd in my first national show, but I still felt like something was missing.

It s so important to find someone that works for you personally!Finding the right coach can completely change your motivation and mindset, and your feelings towards prep as a whole!

知道我尽一切努力去寻找最好的自己，明白所有的辛勤工作和奉献是值得的。Knowing I put every effort into looking my best and realizing all of the hard work and dedication was worth it.
无视排名和头衔，别忘了乐在其中。Regardless of any placing or title, don't lose sight of what you love to do.
