IECEE-CB體系
IECEE是在國際電工委員會（IEC）授權下開展工作的國際認證組織。IECEE-CB體系是電工產品安全測試報告互認的第一個真正的國際體系，實驗驗證中心獲得CBTL認可實驗室資質後，其出具的CB報告，可以得到其他成員國的認可，從而使被檢測產品取得進入該國市場的准入證，達到“一個標準、一次檢測、全球通行”的目標。（IECEE is an international accreditation organization working under the authority of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC). 參加CB體系的成員國家包括了中國機電產品的主要出口國：美國、日本、韓國、德國、法國、英國、澳大利亞、瑞典、挪威、丹麥、新加坡、加拿大等。全球共有49個國家的55個認證機構，獲得CBTL的實驗室全球有501家，而在中國僅有149家參加了這一互認體系。（The member countries participating in the CB system include the major exporters of Chinese electromechanical products: the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Singapore, and Canada.
