out to lunch：
瘋狂的;神志不清的;過時的;懶散的
解析：中文中有句諷刺人的話叫做，“你腦子忘在家裡了”，形容那些注意力沒在這裡的人們。 這句英文也是，也是說，“你出去吃飯了吧，腦子都沒在這裡”。
例句：
