您好！為進一步落實國家對新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作的部署，切實做好外防輸入、內防反彈各項防控工作，確保廣大患者及家屬安全、有序就診，現將有關事項告知如下：
1
所有進入醫院人員均監測體溫；
2
所有進入醫院人員均正確佩戴口罩；
3
境外人員、發熱患者就醫請主動上報給醫務人員；
4
所有進入醫院的患者，請如實填寫《新型冠狀病毒肺炎流行病學史問卷》 後交預檢分診人員簽名後，出示給接診醫生，最後並由醫生保存留檔；
5
所有新入院患者，病情允許情況下，需完成新冠病毒咽拭子採樣，待結果陰性後方可入院；（咽拭子結果在採集後24小時憑就診人員身份證/醫保卡在3號樓1樓服務檯領取）；
6
無特殊情況病房原則不留陪人，確需陪護固定陪人的憑陪護卡出入病區，並配合監測體溫。

Dear citizens:
In order to further implement the works of prevention and control in novel coronavirus infection pneumonia of our national deploymen. Prevent and control effectively in imported case and internal bounce. Make sure the majority of patients and their families get safe and orderly medical treatment, Now inform relevant matters as follows :
❶ All the personnel who enter the hospital should be monitored body temperature ;
❷ All the personnel who enter the hospital should wear masks correctly ;
❸ Who that are overseas personnel and fever patients, please report proactively to the medical staff ;
❹ All the personnel who enter the hospital, please fill out the questionnaire of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemiology history. After completion, submit it to the triage personnel for signature, then show it to the receiving doctor, the file will be kept by the doctor finally;
❺ If the condition allows, all newly admitted patients who need to complete throat swab sampling of the novel coronavirus, and be admitted to the hospital only after the result is negative; ( Results are available 24 hours after sampling ,you can get it with the ID card / medical insurance from the service desk on 1st floor,building 3 ;
❻ In addition to special circumstances, the ward will not be accompanied according to the principle. If necessary,the accompanying person need to enter and leave the ward with their escorts card, and also shall be cooperate with temperature monitoring.
