18. Learning by Doing and Going
Many of my classmates think they are forced to go to school. They say they are only interested in playing. But I love going to school, and my favorite subject is science I like science because the
experiments and field trips are exciting.
In science we do many exciting experiments in the lab. One time we made crystal form(晶形)in a bottle by using salt in water. Another time we watched how baby chicks are hatched(孵出).
We also take exciting field trips for science, We went to a museum and saw huge dinosaurs(恐龍)and tiny butterflies. On Tree-planting Day, we went to a forest and collected leaves.
It's good to play, but I would rather do experiments and go on field trips. That’s why science is my favorite subject.
18．通過做與行學習
我的許多同學認為他們是被強迫(force)去上學的，他們說只對玩感興趣。但我喜歡上學，我最喜歡的學科(subject)是科學(science)。我喜歡科學是因為做實驗(experiment)和野外(field)旅行令人興奮(exciting)。
上科學課時，我們在實驗室(lab)做許多令人興奮的實驗。有～次，我們利用水中的鹽(salt)在一個瓶子(bottle)裡做晶形。還有一次，我們觀察小雞(chick)是怎樣被孵化出來的。
為了學習科學，我們還進行令人興奮的野外旅行。我們去了一個博物館(museum)，看到了巨大的恐龍還有微小的(tiny)蝴蝶(butterfly)。在植樹節，我們去了一個森林(forest)並收集樹葉(collect leaves)。
玩耍很好，但我寧願做實驗(would rather do experiments)以及去野外旅行。那就是我最喜歡科學課的原因。
