“What's eating you?”是口語中常用的俚語
用來表示:你為什麼不開心?
eat在這裡不再是“吃”的意思
而是另外一個含義:“使..不開心/ 使..困擾”
例:
A. You seem really upset. What's eating you?
你看起來很沮喪。什麼事讓你不開心了?
B. I got dumped, and I feel terrible.
我被甩了,我感覺很糟糕。
