作用：顧名思義，限定（相當於adj）修飾名詞/代詞
位置：放在名詞或者代詞後

例：The government plans to offer some books to the villagers who have received little education.
- Village為先行詞（先走一步，置前）
- Who關係詞（連接主句和從句）
