我們知道Vote表示投票,To vote with your feet means to physically depart from something as a way of showing disapproval。

2. Drag your feet
另一個詞組是叫做drag your feet。drag表示拽,drag your feet直譯過來就是趿拉著拖鞋走路。但是它還有第二個引申義哦。
To drag your feet means to do something very reluctantly or unwilling to do something。
所以它表達的是,非常不情願的做某事,或者是跟咔咔一樣拖拉偷懶,延遲做某事。
你想象一下,你媽第520次叫你去相親!你是不是萬般不情願?拖拖拉拉不想走,可不就是drag your feet麼。
