connection n.聯繫；關聯：
His statement had no connection with anything that had gone before.他的聲明與此前發生的任何事情都無關。
consequence n.後果：
The safety procedures had been ignored, with potentially tragic consequences.安全程序被忽視了，這有可能帶來悲劇性後果。
consider v.考慮；把…看作；認為：
All things considered, I’m sure he will win. 縱觀一切，我相信他會贏。
She is considering changing her job. 她在考慮換工作。
【用法】1.後跟動詞作賓語時，用動名詞，不用不定式。
2.表示“認為…是…，通常用“consider+賓語+as+名詞或形容詞”，其中的as可省略或換成to be。
considerate a.關心的，體貼的，替他人著想的：
Diana is a considerate boss who is always willing to listen.戴安娜是一位體貼的老闆，總是樂於聽取意見。
consideration n.斟酌，考慮：
There are several plans under consideration.有幾項計劃正在討論中。
consist v.（不用進行時）在於，決定於；由……組成：
The beauty of Venice consists largely in the style of its ancient building.

constant a.始終如一的，恆久不變的；持續不斷的：

A new railroad is under construction. 一條新的鐵路正在修建中。
consult v.（向專業人員）諮詢，請教：
If symptoms persist, consult a doctor without delay.如果症狀持續，立即就醫。
consume v.消耗；消費：
As a country, we consume a lot more than we produce.
作為國家，我們的消費遠遠多於生產。
