首先跟大家介绍一下，我们江华的特色美食江华十八酿。是由18种不同的食物制作而成的，江华瑶家十八酿是以水豆腐、辣椒、魔芋、山笋、大蒜头、油炸豆腐、茄子、苦瓜、螺蛳、米豆腐、香菇、丝瓜、莲藕、蛋皮、冬瓜、萝卜等十八种菜肴伴以馅心做成的酿丸。其中，水豆腐酿是最有名气的。2
The very first thing I would like to introduce to you is the special food ——“Jianghua Yaojia 18 niang”, which is composed of 18 different kinds of dishes.Let me give you a glimpse of the 18 typical dishes of Jianghua County .It as follows:
water tofu, pepper, konjac, mountain bamboo shoots, garlic, fried tofu, eggplant, bitter melon, spiral shell, rice tofu,mushrooms, towel gourd, lotus root, eggs, wax gourd, radish, etc. The 18 kinds of dishes are filled with meat and chopped scallion pieces. Water tofu is the most famous food among them.
