寓樂於教
Once you entered a Montessori classroom, the first thing you see is the practical life area.
走進一間環境準備好的蒙氏教室，首先看到是生活區。
The practical life area purpose is to let the child feel the reality, the real experience during the sensory sensitive period. Stimulate the sensory integration, and start to explore. The most attractive attraction of the Practical life area is the food preparation. Every week, there's a new work and a new ingredient. It could be a common food for kids at home, or it could be something magical he's never touched.

最有意思是有個可愛的媽媽說：最近每天回家都會收到哥哥帶回來的各種切好段的黃瓜、剝好皮的豌豆和搗碎的蒜泥。我們TT媽媽也是對食物準備工作的超認同，於是乎，在自己坐高鐵時，身邊帶的包松子順勢讓TT哥給剝了。自主工作，相互獨立的空間，各有所利。
As you can see, the sense of achievement that the child gains in this process also indirectly develops his concentration, fine motor skills, and eye-hand coordination. So from the side, the child can do things to let him concentrate.

我們袋鼠班的特色就是混齡，最小的是我們剛滿三歲零四個月的小月牙妹妹，剛升班過來，哥哥姐姐主動幫助她們適應班級的生活，漸漸地原來最小的孩子成為哥哥姐姐，逐漸適應班級的生活，開始帶領新入園的弟弟妹妹。
Recently, our new student KK, because he has never been to school, feels fresh and curious about everything in the class, and has no restrictions on all kinds of observation and participation, so that the normal order of the class has been slightly interrupted. Snack time in the morning, everyone to find their own familiar materials began to work, one girl picked up her favorite mannequins puzzle, then, the new kid KK past by and attracted from the puzzle and started to join in a mess way, this girl said nothing and looked at the new students, the teacher walked past, hear her whispered: I have to take care of his younger brother, she said and handed the puzzle pieces to this new boy, because of her kind guidance, a relaxing first day of school for new student.
最近我們新加入的KK同學，因為沒有上過學，所以對班級裡的一切都感到新鮮好奇，也沒有什麼限制的各種觀察參與，以至於班級里正常化的秩序有些許變化。早上吃完點心，大家都各自找到自己熟悉的教具開始工作，SS拿起自己最愛的人體模型拼圖，正在認真的拼著，這時被吸引過去的KK打擾到了她，SS什麼也沒有說看著新同學，老師走過去時，聽到SS輕聲的說：我要照顧好弟弟，說著就把自己手上的拼圖片塊遞給了KK，手指著凹槽部分讓他拼上去。讓新同學感受到輕鬆自在的第一天上學日。
There are two of the elder brothers in the class, is very popular in the classroom. One boy got injured and pain knee. The other one is showing motivate to take care of him. Helping him to carry the bag and hold him on the stairs.
還有班裡最大的兩個哥哥東東和鼕鼕，很是受弟弟妹妹的歡迎，有次鼕鼕的膝蓋受傷了，不能劇烈運動，走路也是一拐一拐的。有天放學大家排隊時，聽到東東說：我給你背書包吧！說著就把自己的包給背上，然後右手拎起了好兄弟的書包。我納悶的問了他：你怎麼要幫冬冬拿書包？書包太重了他膝蓋疼，提不了，我幫他拿，我不覺得重。說完，就看到鼕鼕摟著東東的脖子說謝謝。倆人笑開了花。
Team work meanwhile we are individual
完成獨立人格，成就團隊意識
In the Montessori classroom we treat each child as an individual, and in a prepared Montessori classroom environment, the teacher is an observer, a guider and leading the children on the path of independence. When children develop such a habit of independence, the routine of the classroom becomes normalization. The child will need more from it, and the sense of cooperation will gradually emerge. They will discuss together to accomplish a thing, will divide the work and cooperate.
每個孩子都是獨立的個體，在一個準備好的蒙氏教室環境裡，老師是一個觀察者、引導著，領著孩子們走往獨立自主的道路上。當孩子們養成了一個這樣獨立自主的習慣，教室裡的日常正規化出現。孩子會從其中需求更多，合作意識會逐漸展現。他們會一起商量去完成一件事，會分工合作。
Freedom and limited freedom
規則與自由
Follow the child; let the child through their own exploration to understand the connection and relationship between things, spontaneous to correct some wrong things. In a Montessori classroom, children are free to choose their favorite job, which does not mean that they are undisciplined. Montessori education is equality and rules, also believe: discipline from freedom.
遵從孩子的心，讓孩子通過自己探索去明白事物間的聯繫與關係，自發的去改正一些錯誤的東西。在蒙臺梭利的教室裡孩子是自由的，可以選擇自己喜歡的工作，不代表就是散漫無紀律的。蒙臺梭利的教育就是平等與規則，也認為：紀律源於自由。
In our kangaroo class, the kids know to put things back in place after work, and roll the blanket back into the basket. Push your chair back when you get out of your seat. Don't disturb others' work. Watch quietly or wait patiently. They are often heard reminding each other.
在我們袋鼠班，小朋友們知道工作結束後要將物品歸位，工作毯卷放回籃子裡。離開座位要將椅子推回去，不打擾別人工作，可以安靜的觀看或耐心等候，請求別人要使用禮貌用語。也經常能聽到他們相互提醒的聲音。
