在美國，去看醫生是doctor,但是去看牙醫是dentist，而且醫院門口會專門標識medicine and dentist.去看牙醫是a visit to the dentist.因為我們去denstist's office的目的是為了have my teeth cleaned，所以a visit to the dentist之後，我們就可以show me your smile!
今天我們就來介紹一下口腔各部位的名稱。
Canine
– The false canine on the upper right side of his mouth began to ache.
Hard palate
– The hard palate and tongue are occasionally affected.
Lips
– She had big eyes and full lips.
Soft palate
– The soft palate is very red.
Uvula
– When cleft palate occurs, the uvula is usually split.
Tongue
– The taste of the chocolate was still on her tongue.
Gingiva (Gums)
– They form spillways between teeth to direct food away from the gingiva.
Incisor
– He laughed, revealing powerful white incisors.
Teeth
– She is having trouble with her teeth.
Mandible
– The mandible is protracted and retracted in chewing.
Papillae
– The two oral papillae contiguous with the infradental papillae.
Premolar
– They have incisors, premolars and molars, therefore lacking canines.
