ANZSCO 1112 总经理职责概述
总经理负责企划、组织、指导、控制、检查日常操作，并通过部门经理与下属主管检查商业、工业、政府、防御部门的主要功能。
GENERAL MANAGERS plan, organise, direct, control and review the day-to-day operations and major functions of commercial, industrial, government and defence organisations through departmental managers and subordinate executives.
ANZSCO 1112 总经理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
大部分职业要求具有与学士学位或更高资格相当的技能水平。五年以上相关工作经验可以代替正规资格要求。某些情况下，除了要求有正规资格还要求有相关经验和在职培训经历。
（ANZSCO 1级水平）Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 1112 总经理主要职责 Tasks Include
- 为组织规划政策，制定标准和目标 planning policy, and setting standards and objectives for organisations
- 为组织提供日常指导和管理，并提供指导和支持的政策来实现目标、完成特定目标且把利润和效率增加到最大 providing day-to-day direction and management of organisations, and directing and endorsing policy to fulfil objectives, achieve specific goals, and maximise profit and efficiency
- 根据命令与指示评估下属的相应变化情况。assessing changing situations and responding accordingly by issuing commands and directives to subordinate staff
- 同直接下属和部门主管，针对操作方法、设备需求、财政、销售、人力资源等问题进行商讨 consulting with immediate subordinates and departmental heads on matters such as methods of operation, equipment requirements, finance, sales and human resources
- 授权重大政策基金的实施方案 authorising the funding of major policy implementation programs
- 代表组织出席官方场合、谈判、例会、研讨会、公开听证会和论坛，并在责任区内进行联络。representing the organisation at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility
- 准备或安排编写报告、预算方案并将其提交给理事会 preparing, or arranging for the preparation of, reports, budgets and forecasts, and presenting them to governing bodies
- 选拔并任命高级职员 selecting and managing the performance of senior staff
- 可能会担部分或全部的会计、销售、营销、人力资源和其他专家的工作 may undertake responsibility for some or all of accounting, sales, marketing, human resources and other specialist operations
