-ed 后缀
后缀–ed结尾的形容词 (如interested，delighted,excited等) 通常用于形容人，以及人的情绪情感。
当它们修饰事物时，指的是与该事物有关的人，-ed 后的名词通常能够显示人的情感状况。
例如， a pleased smile 满意的微笑，a bored expression厌倦的表情。
例句：
We were all excited by the news.
我们都为这消息感到兴奋。

-ing 后缀

综上所述，如果你说"I'm boring"，意思是“我这个人很无趣、很没意思、惹人烦。”（千万不要这样说自己噢，七哥不允许~）
