在與非瘟共舞大背景下,豬群面臨越來越多的應激源,“應激”逐漸成為制約養殖業發展的重要因素。現場眾多操作規程、免疫、營養、動物福利等要素都需做出調整,有些甚至需要顛覆性的轉變。目前,我們越來越能發現強應激環境下豬群的營養需求與正常環境下存在著巨大的差異。

但由於很難確定應激(免疫應激與氧化應激)的研究模型及研究環境,使得很難精準確定各營養素對應的需求量。但有一點似乎越來越得到養殖現場的一致肯定:應激環境下部分維生素需求量數倍甚至數十倍於正常營養標準需求量。滿足量的需求還要保證滿足質的需求。可以設想,強應激環境下維生素需求量也許是偏離經典營養標準(NRC)幅度最大的一類營養素。
