磨耳朵需要泛聽，更需要精聽！2歲以前，低齡寶寶更多的是側重泛聽，2歲以後，可以增加精聽內容了。一首歌反覆多次單曲循環聽，甚至一句話反覆聽多次。比如可參考“137”法則。和廖彩杏計劃相似。
“7”就是連續7天聽（讀）重複相同東西，不管孩子是否熟記，聽（讀）完就可以進入下週計劃了。
“3”就是每天最多聽（讀）三樣東西，最多讀7樣
“1”就是每天至少聽（讀）一遍，最多7遍。
還有，讓寶貝跟唱，聽多了自然會唱，可以跟唱錄音。
