外貿客戶不回覆郵件如何跟進

當我們給客戶發了報價郵件之後,客戶卻一直不回覆,我應該如何跟進呢?

首先要分析一下客戶不回覆的原因。一是可能放假了,比如歐洲、日本、中東客戶的假期比較多,國外比較注重休息,假期中是不會看郵件的。遇到這種情況你得去查一下你客戶屬於哪個國家,最近有什麼節日。二是客戶出差了或者參加展會了,一般都會受到自動回覆郵件,裡面會寫明人不在辦公室,將來哪天回去。三是客戶自己個人原因,有事情不能及時回覆,這個沒啥可說的,就只有等了。還有一個原因可能是客戶通過對比手裡現有供應商price list,認為你報價不合理,暫時不理你了,不排除這種可能。這就需要你跟進的時候在郵件中解釋清楚了。
