(Gabrielle is reading a magazine. Carlos enters and puts the post-nup婚後協議 on top of the page she is reading.)
Gabrielle: I told you I'm not signing this.
我說過了，我不會籤這個的。
Carlos: Oh, I think you are. Because if you don't I will divorce you.
我想你會的。因為你要是不籤，我就跟你離婚。
Gabrielle: Then I'll go to the police.
那我就去找警察。
Carlos: And tell them what? That there's a secret bank account in the Cayman Islands that no longer exists.
跟他們說什麼，說我在開曼群島有個不存在的秘密賬號嗎？
Gabrielle: Huh, you moved the money?
你把錢挪走了？
(Carlos moves towards Gabrielle menacingly.卡洛斯一步步逼近加布麗爾)
Carlos: Of course I moved the money.
當然挪走了。
(Gabrielle backs away from Carlos.加布麗爾步步後退)
Gabrielle: Well, that was risky, I mean the feds are watching you right now.
那太危險了，那些探員都在監視著你呢

Carlos: I had to do something I couldn't just let you make a fool of me.
我得采取措施，這樣你才不會把我耍得團團轉
(Gabrielle turns and runs out of the room. Carlos catches her in the hallway, carrying her back to the table.)
Gabrielle: Oh, no. Stop, Carlos, stop it. Put me down. Put me down. Let me go. Argh! Stop, you're hurting me. Carlos!
卡洛斯，住手，把我放下來，讓我走，住手，你弄疼我了
Carlos: Sign it. SIGN IT!
簽名
(Carlos forces Gabrielle to sign the paper. Gabrielle cries over her hurt wrist.)
Carlos: I know baby.It hurts to lose.
我知道，寶貝，失去得滋味很痛苦。
(Gabrielle's face hardens, grabs her bag and storms out of the house.)
