During The Epidemic Prevention And Control
为最大限度地控制和减少我市新冠肺炎疫情的扩散和蔓延，按照“内防扩散、外防输入”的工作要求，确保您及家人、朋友的健康安全和生命安全，请您在朔州居住（居留）、工作、生活、旅游期间,主动配合、自觉遵守以下要求：
In order to maximize the control and reduction of the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, according to the requirements of "no internal diffusion, no external input", people who are back from abroad need to cooperate and abide by the following principles during their stay (residence) in Shuozhou city.
一、来朔前后，要第一时间向居住地公安机关（派出所）或拔打110主动如实申报相关内容。
1.You must report truthfully to local public security organ (police station) or dial 110 in the first place before or after your arrival in Shuozhou city.
二、主动配合接受所在地卫生医疗部门的体温检查，核酸检测等检查措施。
2.You must cooperate with local health and medical departments for temperature check, nucleic acid test and other testing measures.
三、有发热症状或核酸检测呈阳性者，须积极主动配合到定点医院接受集中隔离医学观察或集中治疗。
3.Those with fever symptoms or positive nucleic acid test shall actively cooperate with designated hospitals for centralized medical-observation quarantine or treatment.
四、经检测，无发热等异常症状者，也须在指定社区（村）或单位主动接受为期14天的健康监测。
4.After testing, those, with no abnormal symptoms such as fever, shall also receive 14 days health monitoring in designated community (village) or unit.
五、必须主动如实申报，不得瞒报、漏报、迟报，遵守好有关法律规定，违者，依法依规严肃处理。
5.You must report truthfully, with no concealment, omission or delay, and abide by relevant laws and regulations. Those who violate the rules shall receive serious punishment according to law.
六、各级各部门,法人单位、村（居）委会、社区、家庭都要履行好各自的疫情防控管理和排查责任;凡国外入境来朔人员，在健康监测和隔离治疗期问，未向当地公安机关、卫生医疗等部门报告和获得批准之前，不得随意前往疫情较重的地方从事各种活动.解除隔离经批准后，方可离开。
6. All departments at all levels, legal entities, village (neighborhood) committees, communities and families shall fulfill their respective responsibilities during the epidemic prevention, control and investigation. Those who come to Shuozhou city from abroad are not allowed to go to epidemic places during their health monitoring or quarantine treatment. Only after the release of quarantine is approved can they leave.
七、国外入境来朔人员实行健康情况每日报吿制。
7.The daily health report system shall be implemented to people who are back from abroad in Shuozhou city.
