Yes -- we are confident in our Testnet Phase 2 dates. Of course, software is software, and things may happen. But as of today, we are pretty certain on our timeline.

All testnets are testing security, but the purpose of Phase2 is to have almost exactly the final protocol that we plan to launch mainnet with, and get some testing time in on that.
The focus is definitely on interoperability and security, as you said. Apart from that, we have various optimisations we intend to make, we will be deciding on final network parameters, and squish any remaining bugs.

We are not doing two separate proofs PoR and PoS, we are combining both proofs into a single Proof of Useful Space that we call Proof of Replication.
A miner performs sealing in order to turn original data into a sealed sector. The size of the sealed sector is still N. A miner can extract the data from from the replica by performing a unsealing process.
