I have a baby.
只有等小宝宝出生了
才可以说这句话。
01、an accident
"Baby accident "有意外怀孕的意思，相当于“unplanned pregnancy”
例句：
She had a little accident in the last year of the university.
大四的时候，她意外怀孕了。
02、in trouble
表面意思是“惹上麻烦事”，一般用于未婚女子意外怀孕
例句：
I'm telling a secret to you that I'm "in trouble".

03、knock up
精疲力尽的意思，被整垮，有冒犯的意思 慎用
例句：
She was knocked up by her ex boy friend.

05、in a certain/particular/delicate condition
