高新區與頭部創投機構共設投資基金
WND, partners set up joint investment fund
12月18日，無錫市新區科技金融創業投資集團分別和中信建投資本，華西集團、七酷網絡達成合作，將共同成立市場化基金。
Wuxi New District Investment Group and China Capital Management Co Ltd (CCMC), Jiangsu Huaxi Group Co Ltd, as well as Wuxi Qiku Network & Technology Co Ltd reached an agreement to jointly establish a market-oriented fund on Dec 18.
無錫新投春霖科創投資合夥企業（有限合夥）由新投集團與中信建投資本共同發起設立，基金總規模5億元。新投春霖將藉助頭部券商的資源優勢，進行精準投資，重點投向Pre-IPO 項目。基金已完成註冊，目前已儲備一批區內外優質項目，並招引部分優質企業落戶高新區。
They have set up the Chunlin Sci-tech Venture Investment Partnership (limited), with a total fund of 500 million yuan ($71.35 million). The investment partnership will use the resource advantages of security traders to invest in Pre-IPO projects. The fund has already been registered and a number of high-quality projects have been selected, with a number of enterprises being invited to settle in Wuxi National Hi-tech District (WND).
無錫世紀同新創業投資中心（有限合夥）由新投集團與華西集團旗下投資平臺和七酷網絡旗下投資平臺共同發起設立，總規模10億元。世紀同新將藉助三方優勢資源，主要投資高新區內重點扶持的戰略產業及新興產業等。基金已完成註冊，目前也已儲備一批區內外優質項目，部分已正式開展盡調工作。
Wuxi Shiji Tongxin Venture Investment Center (limited) was also established with a total fund of 1 billion yuan. With the support of third parties, it will mainly invest in strategic and emerging industries supported by WND. The fund has also been registered and is preparing to support a number of key projects, with due diligence carried out on some of them.
梅村街道舉行2020年擬上市地塊推介會
Meicun Neighborhood announces new land sales
12月18日，梅村街道2019產城融合高質量發展研討暨2020年擬上市地塊推介會召開。
Meicun Neighborhood held a seminar on the integration of cities with industry and development on Dec 18, as well as a fair to promote land due to go on sale next year.
現場，梅村街道黨工委副書記介紹了2020-2022年重點擬出讓地塊計劃。計劃顯示，近三年總出讓面積約968畝，相關地塊均位於成熟生活圈，周邊交通、商業、教育、醫療等配套完善，適合打造中高端項目。這些地塊引發與會房企代表們的強烈關注，並表示對梅村街道的房地產市場充滿信心。
Meicun Neighborhood’s deputy secretary of the Party working committee introduced the specific plan (2020-2022) during the fair. It is reported that the total land available for sale over the next three years will include about 968 mu (64.53 hectares), all located in residential areas and boasting comprehensive amenities, as well as convenient access to public services. A number of housing firms have already expressed an interest, demonstrating the strong real estate market in Meicun Neighborhood.
梅村街道歷史文化厚重，產業基礎雄厚，交通優勢明顯。去年正式啟動了以展示、體驗吳文化為主題的特色文旅項目——梅里古鎮二期項目。作為高新區產城文旅融合的新高地，梅村成為品牌房企爭相進駐的“寶地”，萬科、碧桂園、保利等品牌房企接連來此“安營紮寨”。此次優質地塊的推出，旨在與優質地產商在建設強富美高新梅村的征程中攜手共贏。
The neighborhood is known for its long history and rich culture, as well as its strong industrial foundation and excellent transportation infrastructure. In recent years, the area has become popular with large housing firms, including Vanke, Country Garden and Poly. The release of more land for sale is sure to attract plenty of interested buyers.
高新區道路迎來快速化改造
Renovations on WND roads set to continue
12月19日，2019年無錫城市重點道橋工程通車暨2020年城市重點道橋工程開工現場會隆重舉行。其中，無錫高新區將有一大批道路迎來快速化改造。
An event to celebrate the major roads and bridges have opened to traffic in Wuxi this year was held on Dec 19. Projects set to take place next year were also launched, with a group of roads in WND due to undergo renovations.
開工建設項目中，高浪路快速化改造一期工程西接學府立交已建隧道結構，東接京杭運河高浪大橋，全長8350米，預計2022年底竣工；菱湖大道新建工程從“斷點”處旺莊路至城南路暢通地面道路，後跨京杭運河新建菱湖大橋，終點至運河西路，全長1.4公里。
One project still under construction is the tunnel structure at Xuefu flying junction, part of the first phase of the renovation project for Gaolang Road. The east end of the 8,350-meter tunnel connecting Gaolang Bridge, which crosses the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, is expected to be completed in 2020. A newly-constructed section of Linghu Avenue will cover 1,400 meters. It will connect Wangzhuang Road to Chengnan Road aboveground, and involve building a new bridge –– Linghu Bridge –– over the Grand Canal, before ending at Yunhe West Road.
建成通車項目中，運河東路大修工程北起梁溪大橋 ，南至永旺大橋，長約7000米，將對路面結構進行大修改造，並對沿線雨水管道、路燈、公交站臺等進行改造。
Some roads and bridges are already open to traffic. Among them, Yunhe East Road is set to be renovated to a high standard. Its renovation project will start at Liangxi Bridge in the north and end at Yongwang Bridge in the south, covering a distance of 7,000 meters. The project includes repair work to the road surface, road markings, pipes, and bus stops.
部分在建項目中，飛鳳路北延工程目前正進行路基、橋樑和隧道施工，工程全長3860米，計劃於明年10月底前建成通車；華誼路改拓建工程北起觀山路，南至干城路，改拓建後的道路全長3720米，預計明年7月建成通車。
A number of additional projects remain under construction. Among them, the expansion project for Feifeng Road, covering a distance of 3,860 meters, is currently having work done on its roadbed, bridges and tunnel. Huayi Road renovation project starts from Guanshan Road in the north and ends at Gancheng Road in the south. Once completed, Huayi Road is expected to measure 3,720 meters and be open to traffic from July next year.
