英語罐頭
本文是我的第28篇雙語精讀
近段時間，不少朋友在關注疫情的同時，還會關注今年的奧斯卡電影，大家的關注點都在《寄生蟲》獲獎上面。罐頭菌由於沒看過這電影，所以心中毫無波瀾。然而，罐頭菌的關注點落在了今年的“最佳男主角”上。
今年的“最佳男主角”，由《小丑》的扮演者——華金·菲尼克斯（Joaquin Phoenix）獲得。本來罐頭菌就很喜歡《蝙蝠俠》《小丑》相關的電影，然而，聽完華金·菲尼克斯在奧斯卡頒獎典禮上的演講，更是尤為感動，這樣精彩的演講發言，確實不多見。
關於這個演講，罐頭菌拿出了一些我比較喜歡，以及一些能學習的段落。
I'm full of so much gratitude right now. And I do not feel elevated above any of my fellow nominees or anyone in this room because we share the same love, the love of film.
此時此刻，我心中充滿著感激。我並不覺得我比其他提名者或者在場的任何一位要優異，因為我們都同享著對電影的熱愛。
And this form of expression has given me the most extraordinary life. I don't know what I'd be without it.
電影這樣的表達方式給予了我無與倫比的人生。非常難以想象假如沒有了它，我會變得怎麼樣。
But I think the greatest gift that it's given me, and many of us in this room, is the opportunity to use our voice for the voiceless.
但我認為電影給予我和在座各位的最大的禮物是，讓我們有機會用我們的聲音為無聲者發聲。

雖然互聯網時代給予了非常多人為自己發聲的機會，但是真正有機會發聲的人，還是那些處於社會上流的人。看到華金·菲尼克斯說這話時，罐頭菌想起自己做自媒體的最初目的，也是為了讓自己有更大的聲音，讓自己可以分享更加多知識，分享出更多值得傳播的價值觀。
And I think we fear the idea of personal change because we think that we have to sacrifice something, to give something up, but human beings, at our best, are so inventive and creative and ingenious.
我認為，我們害怕個人的變化是因為我們認為變化往往會帶來犧牲與放棄，但其實，竭盡全力的人類，是多麼的聰慧，多麼的有創造力。
And I think that when we use love and compassion as our guiding principles, we can create, develop and implement systems of change that are beneficial to all sentient beings and to the environment.
當我們用愛與憐憫之心作為原則，一定能夠創造，發展並且實現一系列的變化，並且讓眾生與自然環境有所受益。
at our best：盡我們所能，最好的狀態

Now, I have been, I have been a scoundrel in my life. I've been selfish. I've been cruel at times, hard to work with, and I'm grateful that so many of you in this room have given me a second chance.
我曾經是一個無賴，之前的我自私，殘忍並且難以相處，而我很感謝在座的大家給與我第二次機會。
And I think that's when we're at our best, when we support each other, not when we cancel each other out for past mistakes, but when we help each other to grow, when we educate each other, when we guide each other toward redemption. That is the best of humanity.
而我認為，當我們在最好的狀態，當我們相互支持，而不因為過去的錯誤而互相指責，相互幫助，相互學習，共同成長而走向救贖。這就是人類最好的狀態。
When he was 17, my brother wrote this lyric. He said, "Run to the rescue with love, and peace will follow."
我哥哥在17歲的時候寫過這樣的歌詞：“帶著愛奔走援助，和平隨即而至。”
scoundrel：混蛋，無賴
hard to work with：難以相處
cancel each other：相互抵消，相互指責
Run to the rescue with love, and peace will follow.
帶著愛奔走援助，和平隨即而至。
真的是非常的好一句歌詞，帶著愛互相奔走，世界也會少很多爭端吧。
