has been doing

e.g.I'm 20 years old and I have been working in this company since I graduated from the university.

e.g.I was very tired when you saw me yesterday because I had been running.

e.g.I've just cleaned the car

e.g.You look tired. Have you been working hard?

e.g. I have been calling you all morning

比較:

A:You have been telephoneing for ages. Haven't you nearly finished?

B: I have not got through yet, I have been trying to get our pairs office but the line has been engaged all morning.
