Reminders on Nanning’s Latest Prevention and Control Measure for the Coronavirus-caused Pneumonia Epidemic

Dear foreign friends in Nanning，
各位在邕外籍人士：
On February 5, 2020, the Leading Group on Responding to the Novel Coronavirus-caused Pneumonia Epidemic in Nanning announced Government Notice No.2. The main text is as follows:
2020年2月5日，南寧市新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作領導小組指揮部發布第2號令，主要內容如下：
1. All Nanning residents should support and coordinate the epidemic prevention and control effort, and follow all relevant instructions as it is a matter of public health.
一、疫情防控事關民眾生命安全，全體居民要主動支持和配合疫情防控工作，自覺遵守疫情防控各項規定。
2. All office buildings and residential blocks should be on lock down and people entering and exiting these areas should take body temperature. Visitors and their vehicles should be under strict surveillance. The administrative staff in these areas should record all unusual situations.
二、全市所有單位、小區實行封閉式管理，人員進出須測量體溫。嚴控外來人員和車輛，特殊情況由管理人員做好登記備案。
3. A resident who has fever, cough, fatigue or any other novel coronavirus pneumonia-like symptoms shall see a doctor and immediately report to local village/neighborhood/community committee. The county/district people’s government shall put those residential blocks, villages or apartment blocks with confirmed cases in quarantine.
三、居民出現發熱、咳嗽、乏力等新型冠狀病毒感染疑似症狀，應及時就診，並立即向村（居）委會、社區報告。對出現確診病例的，所在地的縣區人民政府依法對小區、村屯、住宅樓實行封閉式隔離。
4. People returning to Nanning from the main epidemic areas in the past 14 days should protect themselves against the virus and report to the local village/neighborhood/community committee right after their arrival. Those who do not report their travel/residence history, take body temperature, accept epidemiology investigation or quarantine for medical observation among other control efforts, and do not follow instructions during quarantine and even make troubles, will be held liable by the police.
四、近14天有疫情重點地區旅行史或居住史的市外返回人員，應做好個人防護，在抵達居住地後須立即主動向居住地的村（居）委會、社區報告；不如實申報旅行史或居住史，不配合接受測量體溫、流行病學調查、隔離醫學觀察等防控措施，不服從封閉管控、不聽勸阻，甚至無理取鬧、滋事生非的，公安機關將依法追究責任。
5. All kinds of public gatherings are strictly prohibited. Farmers markets, supermarkets, shopping malls and other public places are cleaned and sterilized on a regular basis. People entering these areas should wear masks and take body temperature.
五、嚴禁各類公眾聚集活動；農貿市場、超市、商場等公共場所定期清潔消毒，人員進入一律測量體溫、佩戴口罩。
6. Government agencies, enterprises, institutions or individuals who are hosting dinner parties or take part in public gatherings will be held liable in accordance with law.
六、對舉辦或承辦集體聚餐、參與聚眾活動的單位和個人，將依法嚴肅處理。
7. Make sure you do not visit others or participate in public gatherings. Reduce outdoor activities and wear a mask if you have to go out. Follow the public health instructions and regulations on the use of mask and the disposal of the used mask.
七、做到不串門、不集聚，儘量不外出，外出應該佩戴口罩。開展愛國衛生運動，自覺遵守口罩規範使用和廢棄口罩處置相關規定。
8. Government agencies, enterprises and institutions are not allowed to ask their employees who are currently staying in the main epidemic areas to return to Nanning prior to February 9. No enterprise is allowed to resume business before February 9 except for those approved by the government. The time of business resumption is subject to further notice of the superior department.
八、嚴禁各單位通知疫情重點地區人員在2月9日之前返邕。除經批准同意的企業外，一律不得開（復）工。如上級部門對復工時間有新的規定，遵照執行。
