嶽海波，山東濟南人，生於1955年。山東藝術學院美術學院教授、研究生導師，中國美術家協會會員，中國美術家協會綜合材料繪畫委員會委員，山東美協綜合材料繪畫藝委會主任，中國美協十二屆全國美展評委，中國美協紀念辛亥革命百年全國美展評委，中國美協綜合材料繪畫特展評委，中國美協首屆綜合材料繪畫雙年展評委，中國美協首屆綜合材料繪畫雙年展評委。

INTEGRATION ART - The 19th (JAPAN) International ART Exchange Exhibition
文化交流，是國際間的人文、學術交流的最佳橋樑。文化、思想、觀念相互交流與大融合已成一新的世界潮流，各種文化、思想、觀念、信息可實現即時無障礙交流融匯，交流與融匯成為所有文化存在與優化的狀態和選擇；一個以互聯網為技術力量和聯結紐帶的地球時代正在形成。
藝術是時代變化的風向標，更是以其形態與表現的可見性強烈地預示著時代的變遷；藝術的最大優勢是把看不見的思想、觀念、情感轉化成鮮明的視覺形態；這形態不僅僅預示和透露著藝術自身，更是藝術的母體整個文化變遷的一個濃縮反映。
藝術以自身表達的特性與功能努力地呼應著這個時代，互融互通的觀念與表達早已在各個藝術門類中通行；觀念藝術、裝置藝術、行為藝術、影像等新藝術形態的產生意味著視覺藝術既打通了傳統門類的圍牆，也意味著藝術表達已跨越了藝術的邊界；走向了更大的世界。
