備考指導

選詞填空題要求考生根據短文內容從備選詞彙中挑選單詞並用其正確形式填空。該題型的綜合性很強,集合了閱讀理解、詞彙與語法、完形填空的測試特點。以下要介紹的是該題型的解題步驟。

解題步驟

一、通讀全文

首先,我們要跳過空格通讀全文,理清文章脈絡,理解文章大意,特別要注意讀懂文章的首尾句,以便迅速抓住文章主旨,猜測作者的意圖、觀點。在理解文章的大意之後再開始做題。

在閱讀過程中,要注意上下文的關係,這對於把握文章的整體意義大有用處。對不理解的地方採用暫時迴避的方式,待真正理解全文之後再找解決的方法。

二、選擇單詞

在這一步,主要分析空格處所需要填入的單詞。這一步是做題的核心部分,大家可以從以下兩方面著手:

1. 根據意思選詞。選詞前先要仔細觀察方框中提供的詞,明確每個詞的含義,然後再細讀文章。可以先從最容易的詞入手,如介詞、冠詞、連詞等,這些詞的詞形一般不發生變化,有些是固定搭配,然後再由簡入難,逐一攻破。在填詞時一定要注意詞不離句,句不離篇,全面考慮全文語境。

2. 根據句子結構選詞。有時只根據意思選詞,容易出現連環錯誤。為避免這種錯誤,要從句子結構上來考慮。在一個簡單句中,基本結構是主、謂、賓、定、狀、補。如果句中缺少主語,就把目標鎖定在名詞或代詞或有些可以變形為名詞的詞上。如需謂語則找動詞,需賓語則找名詞或代詞,需定語則找形容詞,需狀語則找副詞等。

三、確定形式

通過分析近幾年中考題,我們發現實詞(名詞、動詞、形容詞、副詞、代詞和數詞)常常需要變換形式。所以在選好單詞後,要分析選定單詞中的實詞,確定其是否需要變換形式。比如,要考慮名詞是用單數還是複數,動詞是用不定式、動詞-ing形式還是動詞-ed 形式,形容詞和副詞是用原級、比較級還是最高級等。

四、校核答案

在填完全部空格後,應該將全文仔細閱讀一遍,從全篇的高度來審視一切,看全文的意思是否通順,上下文的內在邏輯關係是否一致。再檢查一下前後的人稱、時態、主謂關係、語態、語氣以及詞的搭配等是否正確,以確保填空正確無誤。
