如何用英語表達“跑題”這個概念呢？翻譯成run off the topic，那就是地道的中式英語了。老師會說你上課走神啦！我們知道，無論是說話還是寫作，都要圍繞著一個主題，如果沒有抓住主要問題，就岔開了說，就叫做跑題。
“跑題”的英語表達有很多種，我們來學習幾個：
第一個：get sidetracked 偏離目標，跑題，分心
單詞sidetrack 是動詞，意思是“使轉變話題，使轉移目標”。
I was supposed to be singing a song but I'm afraid I got sidetracked.
我本來應該唱歌，但是後來恐怕是分心幹別的去了。
第二個： get off the topic 跑題，偏題
Money issues often look like this, where we can't get our minds off the topic.
錢的問題經常被這樣看待，我們卻無法遠離那個話題。
第三個：digress from the subject 偏離主題，跑題
單詞digress 就是“離題”，不及物動詞，後面要加from，再接名詞。
Don't digress from the subject when lecturing.
講課時不要岔開主題。
第四個：steer off topic 跑題，跑偏
單詞steer意思是“駕駛，掌控方向盤”，加上off就表明“駕駛偏離方向”。
I think we are steering of topic a bit with this.
我認為我們有點偏題了。
第五個：lost sight of the point 丟掉了要點，跑題
詞組lost sight of 本義是“看不見，忽略”。
I think I lost sight of the point you're trying to make.
我想我忽略了你想說的關鍵。
