如配套使用多奧智能遠距離感應門禁系統和智能遠距離感應電梯管理系統。當業主距離單元門約1.0米-3米處時，該系統自動感應業主身份，單元門自動開啟並智能聯動招呼電梯下到一樓等待業主的到來，（從而達到電梯等人，非人等電梯）進入電梯後，系統自動感應業主身份，電梯直達業主所在樓層。全程無需手動刷卡，直達家門，凸顯業主的身份與地位，帶給客戶尊貴享受，實現了多奧科技創造智能化生活的典範。
