你對你的目前境況不滿意嗎?這兒有快樂生活10法則,滿滿都是正能量。

Rule #1 – Stop Feeling Sorry for Yourself! It’s not going to help the situation. It’ll only help you to wallow in a state of apathy, playing the victim. The kind of person that things happen to, but that can’t do anything about it. By stopping feeling sorry for yourself, you can actually get on and DO something about it. If you want to be happy – stop feeling sorry for yourself. “Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world.”

第一條:不要自責。自責不會改變境遇。它只會使你沉溺於冷漠,扮演著受害者的角色。成為那種碰到事情不會處理的人。別再為你自責,你可以繼續生活下去,並可以採取些行動。如果你想要開心,就停止自責。自影自憐,是我們最大的敵人。如果我們就此屈服,那麼在這個世界上,我們不會做任何明智的事情。

Rule #2 – Be Grateful. Think of all the wonderful things you have to be grateful for right now. It could be your family. Or your health. Maybe your home. Your friends. Your brain. Your heart. Your spirit. We’ve all got amazing things in our own lives that make us smile with joy. And if we can count these blessings every day, we’ll discover a greater appreciation of the beautiful world we surround ourselves with. “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”

第二條:學會感激。現在就想想那些你心存感激的所有美妙的事情。可以是你的家人,或者是你的健康,也可能是你的家,你的朋友,你的大腦,你的心臟,你的精神。在我們自己的生活當中,所有驚奇的事情使我們開心的微笑。如果我們每天數數這些福祉,我們更會感激在我們周圍的美麗世界。如果“謝謝你”是你一生當中唯一說的禱告詞,這已經足夠了。

Rule #3 – Learn to Let Go. Remember, letting go doesn’t mean you “forgive” the person at the grocery store, or you “allow” that kind of behavior. It just means that you release the negative emotion inside of you. By releasing negative emotions, you’ll not only enjoy much more freedom in your life – you’ll also become more emotionally stable and less stressed too. “By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try, the world is beyond the winning.”

第三條:學會釋懷。記住釋懷並不意味著你原諒在食品雜貨店的那個人。允許那樣的行為。它只是意味著你釋放在你體內的負能量。通過釋放負能量,你會享受生活中更多的自由。你的情感會更加得穩定,你的壓力會更加得小。釋懷之後所有問題都可以解決。那些懂得釋懷的人是這個世界的贏家。當你一遍又一遍去糾結嘗試,你就離贏得世界漸行漸遠。

Rule #4 – Happiness Is Only Ever Now. We spend so much time waiting to be happy in the future, or worrying about the past, that we forget to live in the moment. But here’s the thing: Life is transient. The past has gone. The future is just a dream. The only time that truly exists ever is RIGHT NOW. RIGHT NOW is the ONLY time you can do or change ANYTHING in your life. And NOW is the only time you have. “Few of us ever live in the present, we are forever anticipating what is to come or remembering what has gone.”

第四條:快樂永遠在現在。我們花費太多的時間來等待將來的幸福,或者擔憂過去,以至於我們忘了我們是活在當下的。事情是這樣的,生命很短暫。過去的已經過去了。未來還只是個夢想。唯一存在時間就是當下。當下是你能做或者改變你生活的唯一時機。你擁有的時間就是現在。我們中很少有人活在現在,我們永遠只去預料即將發生的事和記住已經過去的事。

Rule #5 – Appreciate Both Sides of the Coin. The truth is that in order for you to experience true happiness in your life, you must experience sadness. Without sadness, we really can’t even understand what happiness is. Just enjoy and embrace all your life adventures. And when seemingly negative things happen, remember that it’s just the duality of life. It’s just the other side of the coin. It’s required. It’s part of the equation. “You don’t know when you’ve hit a peak until you’re coming down. And you don’t know when you’ve hit a trough until you’re climbing out. It’s all good.”

第五條:感激事情的正反兩面。為了讓你經歷你生活中真正的快樂,你必須經歷傷心。沒有傷心,你不會真正的瞭解快樂是什麼。盡情享受和擁抱你生活當中磨礪。當看似負面的事情發生的時候,記住,這只是生活的二元性。這只是事情的另一面。它是必須的。他是(生活)這個綜合體當中的部分。當你開始往下走的時候你才知道你已到達高峰。當你開始攀爬出來的時候你才發現你已經到了低谷。這都是好的。
