1.定義: 反義疑問句，表示說話人提出看法、建議或意見，問對方同意與否。
2. 結構: 有兩部分組成，前一部分為陳述形式，後一部分為疑問句。
3. 形式: 前肯後否與前否後肯。
eg: Lucy isn't beautiful, is she?露西不漂亮，是嗎？
Li Ming is pretty handsome, isn't he?黎明相當帥，不是嗎？
4. 回答: 肯定回答:“Yes+肯定結構”，否定回答“No+否定結構”，但是注意“Yes”要譯為“不”，“No”要譯為“是”。
eg: -Your sister is a teacher, isn't she?你妹妹是老師，不是嗎？
-Yes, she is. 不，她是老師。
-You can play the guitar, can't you?你會彈吉他，不是嗎？
-No, I can't. 是的，我不會。
5. 類型:
(1)be型
eg: The weather is fine, isn't it?天氣很好，不是嗎？
The dress isn't blue, is it? 那件裙子不是藍色的，是嗎？
(2)助動詞型
Tom has a basketball, doesn't he?湯姆有一個籃球，不是嗎？
Your father often doesn't get up at six thirty, does he?你爸爸通常不在六點半起床，是嗎？
You want to be an artist when you grow up, don't you?當你長大後你相當一名藝術家，不是嗎？
All the students don't like wearing the school uniform, do they? 所有的學生都不喜歡在學校穿校服，是嗎？
(3)情態動詞型
You will go to Beijing, won't you?你將去北京，不是嗎？
My son can't work out this question, can he?我兒子不會做這道題，是嗎？
