B：I can take two thousand off. That will make the rent twenty-eight thousand.

A：That's great. Every little bit counts. And we don't need the parking space. I guess we could rent it out.

B：Sure, for at least three thousand per month.

A：That will bring the price down to twenty-five. That's the price we were shooting for.

Tommy註釋：
①convenient是一個形容詞，表示：方便的。通常使用的這樣的搭配：It is convenient for sb. to do sth. 但記住千萬不能說：I am convenient now. 我現在是方便的/我現在有空。
②wonder是一個動詞，表示：思考，常用的搭配就是I wonder + that + 思考的內容。這個詞可以作為think的同義詞替換，但是要比think具有更強烈的“想知道某件事兒”的含義。
③count是一個動詞，表示：重要。這個詞和matter的用法一模一樣，可以說是同義詞。而且，count和matter都是不及物動詞，什麼叫不及物動詞呢？簡言之，這個動詞後面不跟名詞卻能達意就是不及物動詞。比如說：這件事兒很重要。就可以這樣說：This really matters/counts.
④bring down這個短語表示：降低（價格、成本）的意思。但要注意down這個單詞的發音，其中ow是一個雙元音，英語發音的好與壞很大程度上取決於雙元音的發音。
⑤deposit是一個名詞，表示：押金。在金融英語裡面，margin deposit也表示押金或者保證金。同時，這個詞就是咱們平時常說的：存款的意思。比如說：I'd like to make a deposit
into my savings account. 我想在儲蓄賬戶內存款。（我想存錢）
