不能參加比賽五雷轟頂

我只是偶然發現了2011的這些照片。FiboPro這對我來說是一個很大的勝利。FIBO是我隱退八年之後的第一個職業秀。我隱退的原因是8年前的一次嚴重的後背受傷。在我受傷之前的一年，我剛剛贏得了我的首場秀： Jan Tana ，並在奧林匹亞小姐中排名第五。我再也不會參加比賽了，對我來說五雷轟頂。

8年後的東山再起

我以為我的生命結束了，我所愛的一切都死了。在一個非常艱難的時期，我找到了力量、信念和決心，為我的歸途而奮鬥——這就是8年後的東山再起。我的經歷讓我知道我比我想象中更堅強。它教會我永不放棄。永遠不要停止相信我的夢想，永遠不要停止相信我，無論生活在任何時候都有多艱難。

有幾個男人哭著回家了

這場聞名遐邇的比賽並非她的第一比賽，她在這次比賽之前曾有過一些特別的經歷。這是在當地體育館舉行的錦標賽。她是現場唯一的女人，這次比賽只有一個分組。男人和女人在同一個標準下比拼。大約有10個人。她在這個充斥著男性的組別裡拿到了第二名。有幾個男人哭著回家了，到目前為止還有很多男人對她心有餘悸。她之所以喜歡健美，是因為健美不僅帶來健康，還因為健美將她的肌肉雕刻像一件藝術品，毫無疑問，她就是一件價值不菲得藝術品。

關於她

她最喜歡的兩個健美運動員是Kim Chizewsky和Lenda Murray。她從事過很長一段時間的特殊工作，她從1997起就一直照顧著同一個人，亨利克。這是位殘疾人。她表示照顧殘疾人是一件十分自豪的事情。說起家人，她同樣覺得自豪，她的家人給了她100%。他們是她最大的粉絲。她微笑著說：我被祝福了。

I just stumbled on these photos from 2011.These were taken just a few days before winning the FiboPro which was a really big win for me.The Fibo pro was my first pro show after coming out of an 8 year retirement.I retired at an early age of 28 because of a serious backinjury.The year prior to my injury I had just won my prodebut show: The Jan Tana Pro Classic and placed 5th atthe Ms Olympia.It was the most devastating news that Iwould never compete again.I thought my life was over.Everything I was and everything I loved was dead.In themidst of a very difficult time I found the strength, the faithand the determination to fight my way back - and here'sthe result 8 years later.This taught me than I'm strongerthan I think I am. Her first IFBB competition was the Danish Nationals which she won at the age of 31 but she competed once before that one.It was at a local gym championship. She was the only woman and there was only one mixed class. Men and women together judged under the same criteria.There were about 10 men. Helle placed 2nd in the class. A few men went home crying.What she loves most about bodybuilding is the healthy lifestyle & sculpting her body like an artist would work on a sculpture.She views her body as a living sculpture.Her 2 favorite bodybuilders are Kim Chizewsky and Lenda Murray. She is working as a caretaker for disabled.She has cared for the same man, Henrik,since 1997. She always loved posing for the camera at any age! Her family supports her 100% in her sport.They are her biggest fans. She smiles and says: " I've been blessed".
