租房流程一般是這樣的
1. 網上先找到房屋出租（To lease, To let)的廣告
2. 打電話或者發郵件聯繫中介（leasing agent）或房東（landlord, landlady）確定房源是否available.
3. 切入正題，可以直接問：
Do you have any apartment available right now?
你們現在有沒有公寓要出租啊？
或者
Do you still have a vacancy?
還有空的公寓嗎？
4. 如果對方的確有公寓要出租，就可以接著問對方：
What kind of apartment do you have?
你們的公寓什麼樣啊？
5. 如果房子已經被租出去了（lend out），你可以確認一下：
When would you say that there would be an apartment available again?
那你覺得什麼時候會有房子空出來呢？

或
