社会发展飞速,人们对自己的生活的标准也有所提高,尤其是在吃的上面,但是由于饮食而导致的许多疾病也不断出现,高血脂可以说是非常突出的一个由饮食问题导致的疾病之一。长时间的吃油腻食物和宵夜,长期的不运动,和长时间的压力较高的工作状态,这都是导致高血脂的重要原因,那么如果你有了高血脂,如何去管理自己的饮食呢?哪类食物是不能吃的呢?

1.高热量的食物

长期吃热量比较高的食物必然会发胖,肥胖也是导致高血脂的主要因素之一。因此,有长期进食过多高热量食物习惯的人群应当适当减少碳水类食物的摄入量,保持一个相对标准的体重,但并不是完全不能吃此类食物,仍保持适量碳水化合物供应,毕竟每天机体消耗的主要能量是靠这类食物提供的。

5.低纤维食物

1. High calorie food
